My name is Charles Elzie III.
Basketball has taken me places I never imagined.
I’ve been the overlooked athlete.
The athlete fighting for opportunities.
The athlete trying to figure out what actually mattered and what was just noise. That journey led me from high school basketball to college basketball, where I became a National Champion and earned NAIA MVP honors. Today, I compete professionally while continuing to mentor athletes who are trying to reach the next level.
But here's what I learned... Talent alone isn't enough. Most athletes don't struggle because they lack ability.
They struggle because they lack structure.
They spend hours training, scrolling through drills, attending camps, and chasing exposure without ever building a clear plan. I've seen athletes with less talent earn bigger opportunities because they understood the process.
I've also seen incredibly talented players miss opportunities because nobody taught them how to navigate the game beyond the game.
That's why Gamma exists. Not to sell hype. Not to promise scholarships. Not to guarantee outcomes.
But to give athletes and parents something most never receive: A clear system. A roadmap.
A mentor who's lived the journey from youth basketball to college success and professional competition.
Everything inside Gamma is built around one goal: Helping athletes stop guessing and start progressing. Because talent opens doors.
But structure creates opportunities.
